Nice To Meet You!
Every great therapy relationship starts with feeling heard and understood.
Hey, I know it’s complicated.
And I love complicated.
I get it.
Picking a therapist that’s right for you can be rough, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why I’m devoted to making sure you have all the right info from the start.
So you make the choice that’s best for you and hit the ground running.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, overwhelmed, or working through complex trauma, I’ve helped countless people just like you sort through complicated situations and walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves and a sense of relief and empowerment.
And I want that for you, too.
Hi there, I’m Aisha (eye-ee-sha).
As an introvert, being a “social” worker might seem like a contradiction, but I’ve learned that introversion is a strength to help connect deeply with others and have real, meaningful conversations.
I hate small talk and I love learning new ways to help people, and that’s good for both of us.
I’ve been on both sides of the therapy relationship, so I understand the importance of finding the right fit. That’s why I offer free consults - so we can get to know each other before scheduling your first appointment.
For the past 16+ years, I've guided people through some of life’s toughest challenges - helping families impacted by trauma and addiction, supporting war Veterans with PTSD, and assisting those facing severe anxiety.
No book or school lecture can prepare you for life’s toughest situations, and I’m here to walk through them with you.
If you’re ready, so am I.
I look forward to meeting you.

You should feel confident about the therapist you’re working with.
I’m good at asking the real questions you need answered and hearing what you’re actually saying - not just listening and nodding along.
You’re the expert on you.
I’m here to guide you in uncovering the answers you already have. If you have questions, let’s discuss them. I promise to do the same. Your mental health works best when it’s done as a team.
