Frequently Asked Questions

  • 50-55 minute sessions: $175

  • Yes! I’m in-network with several insurance providers, including Blue Cross of CA, Aetna, and Blue Shield of CA. Please reach out to confirm if your insurance is accepted.

  • At the start of therapy, I recommend weekly sessions to help get to know you and your specific goals and maintain consistency for the most progress.

    As therapy continues, we’ll continue to assess together when it makes sense to reduce to biweekly, then monthly sessions, and ultimately when you’re ready to “graduate” from therapy. This is a collaborative process, and you’re always in control of your care.

  • The general structure is:

    • Check in on how you've been doing over the past week (or since the prior session).

    • Continuation of EMDR processing (if appropriate) or other therapeutic strategies based on your needs, situation, and goals.

    • Close the session, which may include a calming exercise and/or reviewing action steps and goals for the upcoming week.

    Therapy is not one-size-fits-all and is personalized to meet your needs .

  • I don't. To find a medication prescriber, reach out to a Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP), or your Primary Care Provider (PCP).

  • Everyone is different, and the length of therapy varies based on your history, past therapy experiences, goals, etc.

    For focused weekly EMDR therapy, the duration can range from 6 months to 12+ months, depending on your unique situation.

    For OCD therapy, I-CBT specifically is 12 modules, which can take as much time as needed to help reduce the impact of OCD on your life.
