53 minute sessions: $200
-
Yes! I’m in-network with several insurance providers. Please reach out to confirm if your insurance is accepted.
-
At the start of therapy, I recommend weekly sessions to help build rapport and maintain consistency in working on what you’re coming to therapy for.
As you progress, we’ll continue to assess together when it makes sense to reduce to biweekly, then monthly sessions, and ultimately when you’re ready to “graduate” from therapy. This is a collaborative process, and you’re always in control of your care.
-
The general structure is:
Check in on how you've been doing over the past week (or since the prior session).
Continuation of EMDR processing (if appropriate) or use other therapeutic strategies.
Close the session, which may include action steps or goals for the upcoming week.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all and is personalized to meet your needs and goals.
-
I don't. To find a medication prescriber, reach out to a Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP), or your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
-
Everyone is different, and the length of therapy varies based on your history, past therapy experiences, goals, etc.
For focused weekly EMDR therapy, the duration can range from 6 months to 12+ months, depending on your unique situation.
