Reset your nervous system with SSP
Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP): A non-invasive sound therapy for regulation and healing
Available as a stand-alone service
“When we feel safe, our nervous system supports health, growth, and restoration.”
— Dr. Stephen Porges
You’re ready for healing that begins not with words, but with sound.
Maybe you're struggling with...
Feeling chronically on edge, even in safe environments
Emotional outbursts that feel out of your control
Difficulty calming down after stress or conflict
Trouble connecting with others, even when you want to
Sensory overwhelm in everyday situations (sounds, lights, touch)
A nervous system that feels stuck in "fight, flight, or freeze"
Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions
What is the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)?
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a listening-based intervention developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, grounded in polyvagal theory. It uses specially filtered music to stimulate the vagus nerve and support regulation of the autonomic nervous system.
SSP is designed to help people shift from a state of fight/flight or shutdown into a greater sense of calm, safety, and connection.
What to Expect From SSP
SSP is delivered over 5 hours of specially filtered music, typically in 15–30 minute sessions over time. Sessions are guided or supported remotely depending on your needs and goals.
Before we begin, we’ll meet for a session to assess your readiness and make a plan that feels safe and sustainable. The protocol is always delivered with nervous system safety and pacing in mind.
